Coaching for Individuals & Co-Parents: Hands-on support for parents navigating high-conflict dynamics
Support that’s action-oriented—not therapy.
Coaching isn’t therapy—and that’s the point. Coaching offers a structured, goal-focused space to help you manage conflict, make plans, communicate more effectively, set boundaries, and reduce stress.
Practical forward-focused support
⬧ When you need plans—not processing: Develop concrete parenting strategies, scripts, and plans that help you move forward with clarity.
⬧ When communication feels impossible: Support for responding to communications with clarity and boundaries—without giving in or giving up.
⬧ When the drama won’t stop: Learn to engage only when necessary, avoid reactive loops, and create space for peace—even if your co-parent isn’t doing the same.
⬧ When you want to be a steady, present parent—but feel hijacked by conflict: Build tools for emotional regulation so you can respond instead of react, stay grounded, and make decisions that align with your values.
This is not therapy. And that’s by design.
Coaching is a non-clinical service. It is not covered by insurance, doesn’t involve diagnosis or treatment, and is not governed by HIPAA or therapist-client privilege.
How Coaching Works
-
You can engage in coaching as:
An individual parent
A co-parenting pair (even across state or country lines)
We’ll define the goals, scope, and boundaries in a written coaching agreement before beginning.
-
Sessions are offered via Zoom or phone:
30 minutes – $150
45 minutes – $210
60 minutes – $250
Additional services available:
Email coaching, document review, or professional collaboration – $210/hr (billed in 15-min increments)
-
We’ll focus on what matters most:
Rewriting co-parent messages
Reviewing parenting plan options
Building boundary scripts
Managing high-stakes decision points
Practicing emotional regulation tools
-
With your written permission, I can coordinate with your therapist, attorney, parenting coordinator, or other professionals.

Coaching is ideal for:
Individuals:
Parents in ongoing conflict who need skills—not therapy
Clients already in therapy, but needing added structure and strategy
Individuals navigating court processes who need to stay goal-oriented
Professionals supporting co-parents who need a parallel support service
Co-Parent Pairs:
Creating or updating a parenting plan collaboratively
Identifying shared values—even when the relationship is strained
Resolving specific disagreements (school, travel, schedules)
Reducing conflict through structure and tools
Note: Best for parents who are able and willing to problem-solve. Not appropriate for parents deeply entrenched in conflict or unable to make collaborative decisions. If therapy becomes necessary, I’ll help you get connected to the right kind of care.
