How Individual Therapy Works

We start with a no-cost 15-minute call to better understand what’s bringing you (or your child) to therapy and what you hope to get out of it.

Therapy goals are tailored to your unique needs and will evolve over time. We work collaboratively to clarify what progress looks like for you.

Sessions are weekly or biweekly depending on need. We may incorporate mindfulness, relational work, narrative exploration, or practical coping tools—always grounded in respect and curiosity.
