Therapy can help when life feels overwhelming.You don’t have to wait until things fall apart to ask for support. Therapy provides a steady space to pause, reflect, and build new strategies for navigating whatever life brings.

For adults:

  • Managing anxiety, stress, or burnout

  • Navigating family conflict, relationship transitions, or loss

  • Feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you

For teens (12+):

  • Identity, friendship, or school-related stress

  • Difficulty expressing emotions or coping with change

  • Struggles with family dynamics, boundaries, or independence

How Individual Therapy Works

  • We start with a no-cost 15-minute call  to better understand what’s bringing you (or your child) to therapy and what you hope to get out of it.

  • Therapy goals are tailored to your unique needs and will evolve over time. We work collaboratively to clarify what progress looks like for you.

  • Sessions are weekly or biweekly depending on need. We may incorporate mindfulness, relational work, narrative exploration, or practical coping tools—always grounded in respect and curiosity.

Fee for individual therapy: $210 per session
